CLINIC POLICIEs & INFORMATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or the full visit fee will be charged. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of your initial visit.

REFUND POLICY

If you have a concern with the quality of any services rendered or merchandise purchased please let us know. Please note that refunds will not be provided for services, however concerns with the quality of any merchandise will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

EMAIL POLICY

Dr. Hannah Webb will respond to simple queries or clarification requests by email. If more extensive discussion is required she will redirect you to book an appointment. Dr. Webb will not provide health advice by email. Please allow for 48 hours for a response to any email queries.
