This visit begins with a focussed consult with Dr. Webb to gather information about your primary health concerns and goals. We will ensure that an IV visit is a safe and appropriate treatment for you, and determine the blend of nutrients best suited for you.

IV Wellness Therapy

What is it?

Intravenous nutrient therapy is a method of delivering a mixture of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into your bloodstream.

This advantage of this therapy is that in bypassing the digestive system we are able to administer a higher dose of nutrients than your intestines would be able to absorb in one dose. As a result these nutrients are delivered directly to your cells, which can produce a therapeutic effect that can’t be achieved through oral supplementation alone.

Nutrients are essential building blocks for ALL your physiologic functions, including overall metabolism and energy production, hormone synthesis, immune functioning, and neurotransmitter production. While in an ideal context we would be able to get all these nutrients from our food, often this is not the case: whether because our digestive system isn’t functioning well so our absorption is impaired, or as a result of a lifetime of a less than optimal diet or food grown in less than optimal soil.

Who is this for?

What Type of IVs Are offered?

Dr. Webb administers a variety of IVs. This includes high-dose vitamins/minerals/amino acids, Myers cocktail, glutathione, and others.

Please inquire with us if you have specific questions. As we are located in a rural location, Dr. Webb also co-manages treatment by administering IVs for patients whose primary naturopathic doctor is located off island.
